0 1/2 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese

0 1/2 cup Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned)

4 oz Cream Cheese

0 1/2 cup Sour Cream (Cultured)

3 tsp Original Stone Ground Mustard

0 7/24 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce

2 tbsp Unsweetened Ketchup

4 oz Corned Beef Brisket (Cured)
DIRECTIONS
- Shred swiss cheese. Drain sauerkraut.
- In a small saucepan blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, horseradish and unsweetened ketchup until combined. Add the corned beef, siwss cheese and sauerkraut. Mix to distribute all ingredients.
- Cook over medium heat until the cheese melts and it is warmed through. Place into a 2-cup capacity small crockpot to stay warm about 10 minutes before serving. Alternatively it may be placed in an oven proof bowl and heated at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serve immediately. Serve with celery stalks or other vegetables.
