4 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

24 oz, boneless, raw Tuna

2 tsp balsamic vinegar, regular, 134015 DeLallo

2 cup Arugula (Rocket)
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, combine zest, salt, pepper, coriander, ginger and cinnamon. Stir in 2 tablespoons of oil. Rub mixture on tuna steaks.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over high heat until it shimmers. Add tuna steaks and sauté until just cooked through, about 4 -6 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time.
- Meanwhile, place 2 tsp vinegar in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in 3 teaspoons olive oil (or more) until dressing has slightly thickened. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper.
- Toss 2 cups greens with dressing.
- To serve, cut fish into 1/4-inch slices and lay over greens.
Cooking Tip
Feel free to swap in your favorite lettuce for this recipe, as net carb change will likely be minimal.
