6 Tbsp canned tomato paste, 6 oz, unsalted USDA

0 1/2 cup canned tomato puree USDA

0 3/4 cup tap water FNDDS

2 tbsp allulose, liquid sweetener

2 tbsp Swerve sweetener, brown

2 Tbsp vinegar FNDDS

1 tsp table salt USDA

0 3/4 tsp onion powder USDA

0 1/2 tsp garlic powder USDA

0 1/8 tsp cloves, ground USDA

0 1/8 tsp yellow mustard seeds, ground USDA
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium saucepan, whisk all ingredients together. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, place a lid on slightly askew so that steam can escape. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened and the flavors meld, about 30 minutes.
- Scrape into a blender with a corner open to allow heat to vent and blend on high. Pour into a container and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Each serving is 2 tablespoons ketchup.
