1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Cajun Rub, you will need 1 tablespoon.- Drain and pat tofu dry with a paper towel. Cut into 1/4 inch strips. Rub seasoning and oil onto tofu allow to marinate for 30 minutes if desired. Or rub seasoning into tofu and cook immediately.
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Bake on a greased flat pan for 15 minutes, turn over and bake an additional 15 minutes till golden brown and slightly crispy.
