6 oz Firm Silken Tofu
DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Latin Marinade, you will need 2 tablespoons.
- Drain and pat tofu dry with a paper towel. Cut into 1/4 inch strips and coat with marinade.
- Preheat oven to 375° 3. Marinate tofu for 30 minutes or more if desired.
- Bake on a greased flat pan for 15 minutes, turn over and bake an additional 15 minutes till golden brown and slightly crispy. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 3 days for use on a salad or reheat for a warm dish.
