1 lb raw ground beef, 20% fat USDA

0 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach

DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl combine ground beef, thinly sliced scallion, finely chopped spinach, diced tomato, crumbled feta, 1.5 tsp fresh dill ( or 1/2 tsp dried), salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
