INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz Tuna in Water (Canned)
  • 84 g marinated artichoke Canadian Nutrient File
  • 2 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 cup shredded Cos or Romaine Lettuce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine drained tuna, chopped artichoke hearts and mayonnaise. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Serve over lettuce or leave the lettuce leaves whole and wrap the salad in them sandwich-style.
