DIRECTIONS
Equipment note: You will need silicone ice pop molds for this recipe. Net carbs are based on 90mL (~3 fluid ounce) ice pops, and one serving will provide 1.5 ounces of cream, meeting the cream allowance for the day.
- Place Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake and all additional ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend at half of full speed for about 2 minutes. The mixture should be a little frothy and very well combined.
- Pour mixture into silicone molds and place in the freezer until solid following silicone ice pop mold instructions. Enjoy within 2 weeks of freezing for best results.
