INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz, boneless, cooked Fresh Ham
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
  • 0 1/4 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped Shallots
  • 0 1/2 oz Pickles

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped ham, mustard, mayonnaise and cayenne. Mix well. Stir in shallot and 1 tablespoon diced pickle. Serve on a bed of lettuce or wrapped in a low-carb tortilla if appropriate for your phase.
