×INGREDIENTS
-
2 clove Garlic
-
4 Tbsp Ginger
-
2 tbsp Organic Tamari
-
2 tbsp Organic Toasted Sesame Oil
-
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
-
2 cup Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme
-
1 1/4 lb Pork Loin (Tenderloin)
-
1 cup, sliced Sweet Red Peppers
-
18 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
-
4 tbsp Young Green Onions (Tops Only)
DIRECTIONS
- Mince garlic and ginger then combine with the tamari, sesame seed oil, olive oil and broth in a resealable plastic storage bag; seal and shake until well mixed. Add the pork and then refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove tenderloins from marinade; do not discard marinade - set aside. Heat gas grill to medium and grill tenderloins in covered grill 15 to 20 minutes, until an instant-read thermometer inserted in center of meat reaches 155°F to 160°F.
- Slice peppers and trim the asparagus (leave whole or cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths). Pour marinade into a skillet and heat until it begins to boil over medium-high heat. Add the red peppers and asparagus and cook until softened; about 3-5 minutes.
- Slice pork, serve with the vegetables garnished with diced green onion and serve with the sauce.
