DIRECTIONS
This classic dressing can also be used as a sauce for fish and shellfish. For extra tang, add 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste.- Pulse mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, parsley, chopped chives, tarragon and optional anchovy paste, along with 2 tablespoons of water in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
