INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 0 1/2 tsp Rosemary (Dried)
  • 0 1/2 tsp, leaves Thyme (Dried)
  • 0 1/2 tsp, leaves Oregano
  • 0 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 24 oz Rib Eye Steak

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine mustard, garlic (minced), rosemary, thyme, oregano and pepper. Spread mixture on both sides of steaks.
  2. Grill steaks over medium coals, turning occasionally, 11 to 14 minutes for medium-rare to medium (if using top loin steaks, grill a little longer), turning halfway through cooking time. Season with salt to taste.
