1 tbsp Real Lemon lemon juice, 100% FNDDS

2 tsp olive oil USDA

1 tsp dijon mustard Woodstock

1 tsp allulose, liquid sweetener

0 1/2 tsp fresh garlic FNDDS

1 oz pistachios FNDDS

2 tsp fresh parsley FNDDS

6 oz raw tilapia Canadian Nutrient File
DIRECTIONS
- Heat air fryer to 390°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil, mustard, allulose, and minced or pressed garlic.
- In a separate small bowl, combine well chopped pistachios, chopped parsley, and 1 ½ teaspoons of the lemon mixture from step 1.
- Coat both sides of tilapia evenly with the remaining lemon mixture. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil and cook tilapia for 3 minutes. Gently flip the fish, evenly coat in pistachio mixture and cook until flakey and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F, about 2 minutes more.
- Divide into two equal portions and serve.
