INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Real Lemon lemon juice, 100% FNDDS
  • 2 tsp olive oil USDA
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard Woodstock
  • 1 tsp allulose, liquid sweetener
  • 0 1/2 tsp fresh garlic FNDDS
  • 1 oz pistachios FNDDS
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley FNDDS
  • 6 oz raw tilapia Canadian Nutrient File

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat air fryer to 390°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil, mustard, allulose, and minced or pressed garlic.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine well chopped pistachios, chopped parsley, and 1 ½ teaspoons of the lemon mixture from step 1.
  4. Coat both sides of tilapia evenly with the remaining lemon mixture. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil and cook tilapia for 3 minutes. Gently flip the fish, evenly coat in pistachio mixture and cook until flakey and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F, about 2 minutes more.
  5. Divide into two equal portions and serve.
