INGREDIENTS

  • 12 tomatoes fresh grape tomatoes
  • 12 ea fresh basil, leaf FNDDS
  • 3 oz red bell pepper, roasted Mezzetta
  • 3 oz sopressata salami DiLusso
  • 3 oz hard beef & pork salami USDA
  • 5 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, ciliegine Belgioioso
  • 1 43/48 oz kalamata olives, pitted DiLusso
  • 12 ea green olives, medium FNDDS
  • 12 ea marinated artichoke hearts, quarters, drained 365 Everyday Value

DIRECTIONS

Ingredient note: You will need 12, 4-inch cocktail skewers for this recipe.


  1. Wash tomatoes and basil. Cut roasted red pepper into 1X1-inch squares, resulting in 12 squares.
  2. Onto each skewer, string one each of the grape tomato, folded basil leaf, piece of roasted red pepper, mozzarella ball, folded slice of each salami, one of each type of olive, and one artichoke heart quarter. Place skewers on a platter to serve. One skewer as described is one serving.
