5 each Cherry Tomatoes
2 oz Fresh Mozzarella
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0 4/24 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Basil, fresh, chopped
0 1/48 tsp Black Pepper, ground
0 1/48 tsp Salt
- Slice tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
- Julienne or chop the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle on top. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Julienne means cutting into short, thin strips. Do this quickly by stacking all the basil leaves on top of one another and rolling the bunch. Cut along the short end to get many little strips of basil in half the time!
