  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin, canned
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (sugar-free)
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut flour, high fiber
  • 0 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix
  • 0 1/4 tsp Baking powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat waffle maker.
  2. In a small bowl, use a fork to mix all ingredients until evenly combined. Pour into the center of waffle maker (following manufacturer’s instructions) and cook for 3-6 minutes, or until the waffles are evenly golden and crispy on the edges. Serve warm.
