INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream USDA
  • 3 Tbsp canned pumpkin, unsalted USDA
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Swerve confectioners erythritol based sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract USDA
  • 0 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend USDA
  • 0 1/8 tsp cinnamon, ground USDA
  • 2 cup municipal tap ice cubes USDA
  • 8 fl oz brewed coffee FNDDS
  • 8 fl-oz Atkins Creamy Cinnamon Swirl Shake
  • 0 1/8 tsp nutmeg, ground USDA

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium flat bottom bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the cream to soft peaks. Add pumpkin, sweetener, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon, and mix on low until well combined.
  2. Into each of two glasses, place 1 cup ice cubes, ½ cup coffee, ½ cup Atkins Cinnamon Swirl Shake, topped with 1/3 cup pumpkin spice foam and a pinch of nutmeg. Enjoy while cold.
