1 cup Hibiscus tea

1 scoop (1 scoop= 31 g) Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder

0 1/4 cup Blueberries, fresh

0 1/4 cup Cucumber, raw, sliced

2 grams Psyllium husk powder (1 tsp= 4 g)

0 5/16 grams Chlorella powder (2 tsp= 5g)

0 1/8 tsp Turmeric, ground
DIRECTIONS
- In a heat resistant container, steep 1 bag hibiscus tea in 1 cup boiling water, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove tea bag, and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until cold.
- Combine chilled tea, blueberries, cucumber, protein powder, psyllium, 1/8 teaspoon chlorella powder, and turmeric in a high powered blender until well combined. Add ice if desired, and serve cold.
