0 1/4 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 medium slice (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
1 tsp Unsalted Butter Stick
Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Low Carb Bread.You will need one thick/normal slice that is sliced into 2 slices for each sandwich or serving.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt. Slice 1 piece of Atkins Low Carb Bread into two thinner slices and place them into the skillet.
- Brown one side for 1-2 minutes and then flip over and brown the other side; add the cheese to the top of one slice of bread while they brown on the other side.
- Place two slices of tomato onto the melted cheese, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and then place the other piece of bread on top.
