4 Tbsp Cream Cheese, original

1 scoop (1 scoop= 30 g) Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder

1 tsp Espresso, instant powder

1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

15 large Strawberries, fresh, whole
DIRECTIONS
- With an electric mixer blend together the softened cream cheese, protein powder and instant coffee until smooth. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl whip the heavy cream with the vanilla until doubled in volume.
- Gently add 1/3 of the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture blending until smooth. Add another 3rd of the whipped cream folding it into the mixture until well blended. Add the final 1/3 of the whipped cream, folding until fully incorporated. Divide into 6 serving bowls, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Slice the strawberries and serve on top of the mousse. Each serving is about 1/3 cup.
