DIRECTIONS
This recipe is suitable for all phase of the Atkins diet except for Induction due to the nuts.Each serving is about 2 tablespoons.
- Finely chop walnuts and garlic in food processor.
- Add mint leaves and chop finely.
- Add oil and vinegar and blend until pesto is smooth.
