12 Atkins Low Carb Wheat Bread
-
0 3/4 cup Tomato Sauce (Canned)
-
8 oz Provolone Cheese
-
1 tsp dried oregano, leaves USDA
-
2 Tbsp dried parsley USDA
DIRECTIONS
Please use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Low Carb Wheat Bread. You will need 12 servings (or pieces); save the remaining bread for another use or make bread crumbs from it.
- Using a round cookie cutter, cut discs from each slice of bread (save leftovers to make bread crumbs). Toast lightly in toaster-oven until crisp. Place on a baking sheet or broiler tray.
- Spread 1 tablespoon sauce onto each pizza, top with a generous tablespoon of shredded cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and oregano.
- With broiler set to high, heat pizzas for 2 to 3 minutes, until cheese melts.
Cooking Tip
This recipe is delicious on homemade low carb bread, but you can also use store bought keto bread. Aim for a product that contains 2.5 or fewer net carbs per slice, and this recipe can be even easier for snack time!
