  • 4 Atkins Low Carb Wheat Bread
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
  • 0 1/3 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce
  • 0 1/2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with Peel)
  • 4 leaf outer Cos or Romaine Lettuce
  • 8 oz, boneless, raw (yield after cooking) Roast Beef
  • 0 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 oz Blue or Roquefort Cheese

DIRECTIONS

Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Low Carb Wheat Bread.
  1. Mayonnaise and horseradish; spread on bread slices. Layer cucumber, lettuce and roast beef on 2 slices.
