1 cup Milk, SO Delicious Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving
1 scoop (1 scoop= 30 g) Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
2 tsp Sugar-Free Flavored Syrup, Caramel
0 1/8 tsp Salt
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour over 1/2 cup ice or blend in 1/2 cup ice if desired.
Note that any sugar-free milk such as almond, soy or cashew may be substituted for the coconut.
*Add up to 1/8 tsp salt or to your taste preference.
