DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly oil baking sheet.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, soy flour, cheese, parsley, seasoning, water, salt and pepper. Roll into 24 balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes. Each serinvg is 2 meatballs.
