How to Calculate Atkins Net Carbs

DIRECTIONS
This recipe is acceptable for all phase of the Atkins diet except the first 2 weeks of Induction due to the sesame seeds.- Cut snow peas on diagonal into long thin slices (or leave whole). Blanch snow peas 30 seconds in a large pot of lightly salted water. Drain in a colander. Rinse under cold water; transfer to a bowl.
- Toss snow peas with oil,1 tsp soy sauce, diced green onion, and 1 tsp sesame seeds.
