DIRECTIONS
Ingredient notes: Use 1 teaspoon diced jalapenos (3-4 grams), or more to taste.- Prepare the vegetables: Trim the root and stem from the radishes, cut in half and then thinly slice. Cut onion slices into quarters. Press or mince the garlic.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until evenly distributed and well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours) for best results.
