1 1/2 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh

3 tsp Xylitol

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

0 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice

5 tbsp Great Lakes unflavored Beef Gelatin (1 serv = 1 tbsp or 1/4 oz or 7 g)
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, puree the strawberries with the xylitol, vanilla, and lime juice. Pour into a small saucepan.
- Sprinkle gelatin on the strawberry mixture and warm over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is melted, no more than 10 minutes. Do not simmer or boil.
- Pour into silicon molds, or into a loaf pan and chill for about 30 minutes or until solidified. Cut into 32 pieces. One piece is one serving.
