Tempeh, Green Pepper and Cabbage Sauté with Romesco Sauce Recipe

1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Keto Romesco Sauce
1 serving Organic Tempeh - Soy
0 1/2 cup, chopped Green Sweet Pepper
1 cup, chopped Red Cabbage
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
Use 3 tablespoons of the Atkins recipe: Romesco Sauce.
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add tempeh and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add green peppers and cabbage, sauté until soft.
Top with 3 Tbsp Romesco Sauce and parmesan cheese (Romesco can be added in the last minute of cooking to warm through, then top with cheese).
