3 cup, chopped Endive

3 cup, shredded or chopped Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine vinegar and lemon juice. Slowly whisk in oil until dressing has slightly thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add endive, radicchio and lettuce. Toss lightly to coat. Enjoy!
