INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 cup, shredded Radicchio
  • 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cup, chopped Endive
  • 0 1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 cup, shredded or chopped Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine vinegar and lemon juice. Slowly whisk in oil until dressing has slightly thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Add endive, radicchio and lettuce. Toss lightly to coat. Enjoy!
