8 Atkins Low Carb Wheat Bread

0 1/3 cup Real Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Basil

16 oz Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted)

1 cup, chopped Watercress

8 medium slice (yield after cooking) Bacon

2 plum tomato Red Tomatoes
DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Cuisine Bread.

Cook the bacon till crispy, lay on a paper towel and set aside. While bacon cooks, mix mayonnaise with basil. Lightly toast bread and spread mayonnaise on bread slices.

Top 4 bread slices with a quarter of the turkey, a quarter of the watercress, 2 slices bacon and a quarter of the tomato slices.

Top with remaining four slices bread. Cut each sandwich in half on the diagonal.
