3 Atkins Low Carb Wheat Bread

0 1/4 cup, whole Almonds

2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with Peel)

1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Green Sweet Pepper

2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

0 1/2 tsp Original Pepper Sauce

1 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)

0 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 cup Tap Water

2 large Scallions or Spring Onions
DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Cuisine Bread.
- Place bread in a bowl; cover with water and soak 5 minutes, until softened. Squeeze excess water from bread and place bread in a food processor or blender. Add almonds, pepper, cucumber and green onions, process in pulses until fairly smooth.
- Add vinegar, Tabasco, sugar substitute and olive oil. Process until smooth. Slowly add ice water; process in pulses until smooth.
- Pour into a pitcher or bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill 1 hour for flavors to blend.
