Halloween might be the most sugar-central “holiday” of the year, and all that sugar can do scary things to your health and waistline. But you wouldn’t want to deny your little ghosts and goblins the fun of hitting the streets to collect their weight in candy, so check out these 4 not-so-scary tips and yummy low carb Halloween recipes.  You can also satisfy your candy cravings without all the added sugar with AtkinsÒ Treats.
