Sweater Weather: How to Fight the Urge to Curl Up on the Couch This Fall

November 7, 2014

It is finally feeling like Fall in Los Angeles! Autumn is fabulous for fashion - I just love sweaters and scarves, but the colder weather can really take a toll on my motivation. On chilly days like these, Ozzy and I prefer to stay home and watch our favorite shows on the telly. We LOVE Homeland…we are soo addicted!

Instead of binging on everything in sight for our TV night, Ozzy and I will now have our delicious Atkins-friendly meals. If you do end up wanting to eat something during your night in, there is nothing better than a big pot of veggie soup to keep you warm!

Staying busy with family, walking my doggies, or trying a new workout keeps me active and from overindulging. What about you? What do you do to keep busy and out of the fridge? I'd love to hear it!

All My Love,

Mrs. O
