DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Chipotle Marinade, you will need 2 tablespoons.- Drain and pat tofu dry with a paper towel. Cut into 1/4-inch strips. Marinate tofu for 30 minutes (or more if desired) in Chipotle Marinade.
- Remove from marinade and pat dry. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Bake on a greased flat pan for 15 minutes; turn over and bake another 15 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.
