32 oz, with bone, raw (yield after cooking, bone removed) Chicken Wing
DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Soy-Free Flour Mix for this recipe. You will need 3 tablespoons (3/16 of a cup).
- Heat oven to 450°F. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine flour mix, chili powder, mustard, salt, and cayenne in a large resealable bag. Add half of the wings, and shake to coat. Transfer to pan, and repeat with remaining wings.
- Bake, turning occasionally, until crisp, browned and cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes. Transfer to a platter, and serve.
