I started Atkins in April of 2008 when I was at my heaviest weight of 355 lbs. I lost most of my weight in the first year. I have since continued with Atkins, sticking with a carb intake of 30 grams or less. I’ve also added a great workout with some running and a lot of weight lifting.
My current goal is to shed about 20-25 lbs in the next couple of months.
