My Story:

My weight now is less than when I was in High School. And I have never been happier.
My son runs in college on a scholarship. I’ve always wanted to run a 5K race with him, but was always too big and out of shape. But this year, for the first time ever, my daughter and I have run with my son a number of times. Of course after he finishes his race he comes back and helps old dad to the finish line. Still, a remarkable improvement. I am so thankful for the Atkins Diet, Atkins Bars, and the Atkins website, as this program and all that goes with it is the only thing I have ever found that worked for me.

My Goals:
At first my goal was to get down to my wedding day weight (225), which would have equaled 75 pounds lost. After hitting that milestone, I changed my goal to 100 pounds. After I got to 100, I decided to just keep going. As of my last weigh-in I've lost a total of 120 pounds. My new goal is to get to 179 pounds—when I do I will have lost a grand total of 121 pounds. Wow.

How Atkins Helped Get Me There: My entire life I've always been overweight. I've done the points, low fat, calorie counting diets and none worked. For me the Atkins bars have been a big help in losing weight. They, along with the program, have made my weight loss so much easier.
